You can change the frame rate if the video capture driver supports this feature

| This dialog appears when you left click
"Preview Format" or "Capture Format" buttons. You may
adjust the frame size with presets or turn on the "Free" mode
and choose an arbitrary size frame. When the "Color advice" box
is checked, you can easily tell whether the size selected is a multiple of
8 (pink shading), 16 (yellow shading), or 32 (green shading). The frame
width is recommended to be a multiple of at least 16 and the height a
multiple of at least 8. This is important for the correct operation of the
overlay and compression codec.
